Although titled Managing Director Mick is not averse to donning the overalls, continuous motor trade experience since 1960 is still a good grounding, Pat (Workshop Foreman) is an IMI accredited Master Technician, Simon is Senior Technician, and Tom is a fully qualified Technician. All have been in the Motor trade since leaving school.

Our workshops are very well equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment as recommended by Skoda, Daihatsu and Proton respectively, our staff are very highly trained and experienced technicians.
Roger Chapman and Mick Ellender started Express Garage in small premises in October 1978, repairing cars and small commercials. The Business quickly expanded into the present premises becoming a franchised Skoda dealership in October 1980 (repairing dealer 2003), Daihatsu Main Dealer June 2003 and Proton Main Dealer July 2005. We are happy to offer a friendly one stop shop for our customers in all the above franchises. A very wide range of skills and services are available at competitive prices. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond to our customers needs regardless of whether it is to supply a tiny part, an entire fleet of vehicles or a specialised skill our staff will be pleased to help you.
